There is basically no evidence to support either position. SCOTUS has already protected guns more than anyone in decades, and I’m not going to trade off having over $20k of my money already stolen for the possibility of my money being stolen. If Trump’s tax plan goes away, then I get all of that money back moving forward as SALT deductions return. So your argument is a moot point on taxes. Trump already raised my taxes, so he’s already proven to be a tax loving piece of shit.

Conservatives outnumber the liberals in SCOTUS 6-3. There’s no way in Hell that four of the 6 conservative justices will retire or die. Stop it. So unless Congress becomes fully controlled by the Democrats, AND they try to ram legislation to expand SCOTUS by multiple seats, none of that will happen.

The Democrats have controlled all three chambers multiple times and, thankfully, very little gun legislation was passed. Even still, SCOTUS can still overturn those laws anyway.
