Open at home, close at home. Raiders on Thanksgiving. Late bye.

I'll take it.
I second this.

We do not have to roll now.

I can't remember the last time we had a late bye. Seems like all we have had lately are early week byes which certainly doesn't help a team that is known for fading late.

I read somewhere today that the last time we had a bye this late was during Jimmy's 2nd year here.

The best part of this schedule is that there is not a run of games there that looks like a murderers row. The Det, Minn, NO, NYG stretch might be the toughest 4 game stretch of the year.

Yeah, but we would have been 9-7 if Aikman hadn't got hurt and if Babe fricking Laufenberg was an NFL QB.
Man, I still remember him having the innate ability to consistently overthrow a receiver by 10 yards.

1. Why are we playing in KC again? I thought the NFL rotated games of this nature to appease the fan bases. This game should be in Dallas.

Because it doesn't rotate, it goes by order of finish in your division.

We are in KC because the 3rd place team in the NFC East plays at the 4th place team in the AFC West this year. It's a formula.

That was unreal. To this day, the worst NFL QB play I have ever seen.
Worst QB to ever throw a pass for the Cowboys IMO. Made guys like Reggie Collier, Kevin Sweeney, Clint Stoerner, Drew Henson and even Chad Hutchinson seem competent.

I can't stand him to this day.

We should start a Laughingberg hate thread.

Worse than Quincy Carter in that 2001 season opener vs Tampa Bay?

THAT is easily the worst QB play I have ever seen.

I saw some of Laufenberg, and he sucked, but I was a kid then. I remember Pelluer's play more than Laufenberg's.

Yes, it was worse than Quinthy in that Falcon game.

At least the Retarded One was playing a good Buc defense. Not a POS Glanville defense running schoolyard jailbreak blitzes.

I don't think any QB could even get close to Laughingberg. He was the most consistent QB ever overthrowing the ball. It was infuriating.

He faced a tough D, but he couldn't hit anyone in that game.

Guys wide open just 8 yards in front of him were being overthrown and underthrown.

It was incredible how poorly Quinthy played in that game. He didn't throw one single spiral that afternoon.

Leaf sucked balls, but he at least threw passes that looked like the type an NFL QB should throw and he was able to complete a few passes here and there.

Quinthy was struggling to hit guys just a few yards in front of him that were wide open, stationary targets.

It was so bad that I honestly believe Anthony Wright would have won that game because we were in that game until the very end. We just couldn't produce any offense with that dumbass running the show.

Challenge accepted. Babe had a 44% completion percentage for his career.

:lol

Look at this statline:

9/19, 34 yds, 1.79 YPA :lol:lol, 0/2 for 14.5 rating.

That, my friends, is an all time statline for an NFL QB playing an entire game.
