If the defense was playing half-decent I might be intrigued to watch the game. But since its not, and we have Jerry the Town Crier running his mouth again I have no reason to even tune in.

Time to get the Shitty pop up game back in the box and put up till next season.

Sad thing is, when we open up the box next year, it will be the same shitty game, with the same shitty game pieces, and Jerry's face will still be on the front cover.

Fuck this team.

I'd be all in with any of the top QB prospects this year. But knowing Jerry, he's put all his eggs in Romo's basket. On top of it he never planned for when Troy retired. In fact his only attempt at finding a QB afterwards was when reached for Carter. I don't think at Jerry's age now that he has the desire to start over with a young QB. He'll go down in flames with Romo and then we'll have to desperately try to find a new QB while settling for scrubs in the short term.
Jerry said just today that we aren't spending a high pick on a QB.

Jerry says....Jerry says... thanks coach.
Yep. What other GM/Owner in sports besides Jerry and the Steinbrenners in baseball give daily injury and gameplan updates?

I'll wait.

At this point it's just comedic fodder.

As for Romo, pretty much what we already knew. Again, I'm more concerned about our defense rather than our offense. Orton will be fine.

NFL is still stating that Romo not being on the injury report is under investigation.
That is a dumb assertion. Romo played the entire game. The intent of reporting injuries is for individuals who aren't fit to play but they are not reported and it affects the betting line.

Yeah, I'm not sure what they would be investigating either.

“All players with significant or noteworthy injuries must be listed on the report, even if the player takes all the reps in practice, and even if the team is certain that he will play in the upcoming game.”

I'm not sure how it could be a big deal if a team doesn't report an injury of a player that plays. With that said, I hope this causes Jerry to have to sell the team. :unsure

Seem to remember we got in trouble for this years back and then next game listed most of the team on injury report?

Injury reports aren't due until Friday right?

So how are the Cowboys late on mentioning the injury?

I think that's right, and inactives have to be turned in at least 90 mins prior to kick.

The issue, though, is that apparently he had the injury before the last game, so that is the point of contention.

Nevermind. I thought you guys were discussing the herniated disc not injuries pre-Redskins game.

What happened to "no structural damage"
May not be any structural damage. From what I hear it is a bulging disc and they can be trimmed with a good success rate. In addition a coflex device can be inserted if needed.

I think it's that he was never on the report last week, and then Jerry had mentioned he had "tweaked " it in practice prior to the game

edit:nevermind see you were thinking it was about this game

The quote above from Jerry saying "You want to draft a QB every spring" is infuriating considering we have drafted exactly 3 QBs since Aikman in 89.

Why don't the reporters ever call him on his nonsense?

My guess is the draft will go like so

1. CB "you gotta stop the other team's QB if you want to get in the tournament"
2. TE
3. DL

Get a developmental QB like Tom Savage to placate the crowd in the 7th
