I never really considered Jorah major. To me he was always the creepy old guy lusting after daenny.

Yeah I agree with you on that. Although I think a lot of other people including the show runners tried to make him out as more. It's why they had the whole crying scene with Danny. But frankly I cared more about Lyanna Mormont. And she at least got a pretty awesome death. I liked the death of Theon too. It was kind of nice to see him go from good guy, to villian and then sort of redeem himself at the end. And it was kind of cool the way that Bran made him feel better even though Brans real intention was to stall for Arya to get there.

Ok. I get where you are coming from now. It does seem strange in this show to not have that kind of death. I bet the producers overruled Martin because if it was solely up to him you all know we would have had one or two.
