The Twins pitchers' ability to hold back the Phillies offense a good deal in that series was much more impressive than beating Arrieta, although Arrieta pitched well that game. Fun series and the Twins seem like the best team we've played so far.

I realize the heat is a bother and that's a primary reason for the new building, but God almighty the Ballpark is the most beautiful stadium built in the past 50 years and an amazing place to watch a game. I hate that this is the last season there.

20 games into the season and Gallo is hitting .281. What is going on? He hit his first Sac fly of his career this weekend. I dont know what else to expect now.

The new manager and batting coach have been a boon for Gallo. Hopefully he keeps working at it. A .270 plus average with lots of walks and 40 HRs a year would make him a perennial all star.

Kinda sorry to see the Twins are already done with the Baltimore Orioles this year. Swept them 6-0 and outscored them 46-18 while hitting 23 HRs.

That is just insane, and he is just now coming into his own as a hitter. He is going to be a solid player for us for a long while.
