Most haters point to the struggles before the break as the team is a fluke. However that was a stretch of 30 games in 31 days. Every team is going to drag ass with that kind of schedule. Rays are going through it in July. The Rangers have another one in September with only 2 days off.

I do get your point, though. I waited awhile.but this team is legit

Welcome aboard the hype train express, brother! I totally get your initial hesitation, but this team is different. A manager that led a dynasty in SF, and a GM that puts a premium on elite pitching, who has also shown he can draw big fish to Texas.
Loaded offense, productive pitching rotation, improving bullpen, and a top-5 farm system that can be utilized to acquire a bunch more talent via trade to put this team above the rest.

It's ok, Rangers have two other guys pitching like Aces - Eovaldi and Dunning - along with Gray who's been very good, too.
