I love how those "vaunted" SEC defenses are suddenly hemorrhaging now that competent offensive coaches and QBs are finally filling out the ranks.
I wonder if we'll see the same jokes we see about the SEC that were made about Big 12 teams.
The funny thing is as the SEC is making a shift towards opening up their offenses and embracing spread oriented schemes, the Big 12 is trending in the opposite direction. For instance, traditional Air-Raid/hurry-up/spread teams like Baylor and Texas Tech have brought in coaches who embrace the run and a balanced passing attack more so than their predecessors. Even Oklahoma has gotten away from running no huddle, hurry up offenses in recent years.
