I couldn't be a member of stadium security while being a football fan. I wouldn't be disciplined enough to stand with my back to the game for 3 hours. All types of nefarious activity would be going down in the section I'm responsible. I'd get fired after one week.

So you're saying the terrorists should attack on Sunday.

Watched the extended highlights and a few observations I'll note are:

Zeke is special. Nothing we didn't already know, but he really could be the best RB in football for a good 5 years if he keeps his head on straight.

Jeff Heath is so bad. Again, nothing we weren't already aware of, but it's scary that someone or multiple someones in this organization keep thinking this guy is a starting NFL player. Why does this team insist on accepting mediocrity at that position?

Back to Zeke, I will give the staff credit for finally getting their heads out of their asses and using Zeke as the primary RB in the passing game after foolishly and stubbornly insisting on finding some specialist in that role (i.e., Lance Dunbar) when they already had a weapon at that position in Zeke. Looks like we're finally using him in the passing game like we should have been doing the last 2 years.

And finally, this secondary looked really bad. So many big plays given up. The safeties don't help, but the corners didn't exactly play lights out either. That's a really bad sign after Watson and the Texans passing game looks to have woken up. Could be another big yardage day for the opposing passing game unless the front 7 gets a lot of pressure.

It's like so many people here claim to understand everything about football, but they're all so criminally stupid. Thanks for the humor guys!

For those who watched the game, who aggressive were we in our blitzing this week?

And I see Lawrence had 2 sacks but no one else did.

How was the pressure overall? Did we generate it consistently or was it pretty tame?

Remember when the Lions stopped Tom Brady and the Patriots but they couldn't stop Dak Prescott? That was hilarious

That's a pretty accurate description of what would happen.

We really didn't do a lot of blitzing this week. The pressure was okay for the most part, especially in the second half.

I thought Lawrence had 3 sacks. We had 3 in the game and I believe they were all credited to him. We didn't seem to blitz too much. Without blitzing Lawrence was really the only guy getting back there.

The Lions receivers made some really difficult catches today. Props to them. Not sure I saw them drop a single ball. Hands of glue.

I like it when so many posters here think they understand how teams work, and then when the game happens the coaches look like shit, but they don't bring it up again? That's awesome. Did you watch the eagles game? They just won the super bowl and did you see how badly they coached that game? It's so funny because they coached like shit... I loved that part when they called the wrong plays over and over...good times. Oh wait, but yeah, you guys got all this shit down. Motherfuckin randos on a message board got it all figured out. Thank you for your help, I think I understand what you're saying, but the results just don't line up. It's almost like you don't what the fuck you're talking about. Good times.

I thought our CBs played great for the most part.

Maybe one pass thrown at Jones, if that.

Chido was there all day.....just some great throws and catches on him.

Brown was mostly good except for the one fuck up.

Safeties? Not so much.

Don't think anyone saw the Eagles game as it was on the same time as Cowboys game. We can tell you what color Dean Blandino's tie was.
