I guess that strategy of benching Prescott once we discovered Frederick was ill didn't pay off, eh?

All in all, that is where the season was lost.

Only a fucking retard would run a light camp on that side of the football when the talent is so unfamiliar with each other.

I am sorry, having Prescott throw under controlled practice condition to these guys is not the same as the real thing.

We wasted preseason games and even wasted scrimmages against other teams.

The first three weeks have basically been like an extension of camp. And the offense is failing.
Yeah, but didn't you hear the interview where Jerry got pissed the other day?

He said skipping preseason is the reason why we have so few injuries. Jerry stated this as fact so I know it's true.

Hurns is probably thinking to himself that Blake Bortles was Drew Brees compared to playing with Dak Prescott.
Hurns would have to get wide open before Dak would even glance his way. Prescott would sooner throw it to Beasely than even think of throwing into “NFL-open” tight windows.

Without Dez and Witten clearing lanes, Dak has regressed from his peak of Dakking to true Trevor Siemian-esque dink and dunk football.

All receivers think they are ALWAYS open.

It is kinda true though.

If Dallas had went balls out in the preseason and say, gotten Zeke and Tank significantly hurt, this board would still be in maintenance mode.

Dak had a great drive to end the game and hit Hurns a couple of times down the stretch when he was “NFL open”.

That was really encouraging.

Daks always been able to place deep passes down the sidelines so his WR is always between the defender and the ball. It looks hard, but comparatively it isn’t next to intermediate passes into tight windows.

Dak may be turning a corner, but yesterday’s mvp was Elliott.

Bigger question: Can the coaches open up the game plan when the run isn’t working, or on the road?
