The Redskins have got to be kicking themselves over losing him. When you have an assistant coach who is better then your head coach I'm not sure what the procedure would really be other than to fire your head coach and promote the better guy for the job. Jerry has been comically, almost intentionally bad. You can’t compare Jerry to a doornail.

Doornail wins hands down.

Stephen lacks football insight to the same degree his dad does. He has no knack. We have to hope he leans on a real GM.
