Baker has a lot of work to do whipping that team into shape. But he's up to it. It'll probably take him a good 4 years to get the Browns to the Super Bowl.

I think the biggest thing that sold Cleveland on him was his leadership and magnetic personality.

Teammates absolutely love him. They immediately gravitate to him.
