Yeah Colombo is a fiery guy so I expect this much out of him for sure. I just hope he understands all the technical aspects in a way that will allow him to teach the young guys to play well. Not everyone is a great teacher. I hope he is.

I like Colombo. The linemen are bought in already, I hope it translates into improved play.

I like that he has the height/size to go eye to eye with any of those linemen too. He won't take any pussified performances like we've been seeing a good part of the year.

Meh, I'm pretty skeptical that Alexander was the cause of all evils and a rookie coach who was already on staff will fix everything.

No matter how fiery he is.

Power blocking is very different than zone blocking. I have no idea why Alexander switched to begin with.

Im optimistic about Colombo taking over. But it's not going to address the underlying issues of Smith's getting beat much more regularly, the uncertainty of Frederick's recovery, Collins' struggles at RT. These are real problems. Add in all of Dak's problems and this is why I just don't feel good about giving up a first rounder for Cooper.

Don’t make it out to be a single culprit, but the line was playing noticeably poor. From Zekes low production of late to the way too high sack numbers. Also in that vein, Dak has contributed to the sack totals.
