If this were to happen, the concession to the players besides greater overall revenue and higher cap numbers would probably be increased roster slots.

The veterans will will want something big for the increased risk.

I don't see why they can't just increase roster limits a little (with bumps to the cap of course), add in an extra bye week and make it 18 games. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Cause 8-8, 10-6, 11-5, etc, should be how records are expressed.

I'll be damned if I have to get used to saying "We went 11-7 this year" and figuring out what that should mean.
