This change comes from a month or so ago when reportedly some WR told Goodell that "fans want catches."

So of course they're going to err on the side of more yards and TDs like they always do with offensive side of the ball.

That's two "no shit" comments.
Sadly, the change that would have made the biggest difference didn't happen. I hate him as a coach. he needs to go away.

Back in the day when owners were petrified what rookies would ask for.

Normal GM: This is a big year for Dak. It would be foolish to extend him based on his rookie year alone. He's got a lot to prove.

GM Jerry:

Sounds like some kind of nonsense for anyone with Amazon Prime that wants to relive last season.

A few days old but what the hey...

The NFL announced on Thursday that the Dallas Cowboys will be featured on the third season of Amazon Prime's All or Nothing series beginning April 27.

Dallas follows the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams as teams being placed in the spotlight on the documentary-style show, which is created in coordination with NFL Films.

The third season of All or Nothing will showcase behind-the-scenes footage from the Cowboys' drama-filled 9-7 campaign in 2017.

It's weird because we are still under the cap even though that makes it look like we aren't. I know only the top 51 salaries count against the cap but it's still kind of weird.

You're reading it wrong, that is the cap number allotted to each team, not how much they've spent of it.

Oh that makes way more sense. So basically it's the salary cap + the money you didn't spend last year. Which makes total sense since Romo was a June 1st cut and we didn't really spend that money last year.
