Pass-rusher Robert Quinn was ruled out of the second half of Sunday’s win over the Eagles with a rib injury. However, it sounds as if Quinn will be fine moving forward, only dealing with spasms in the rib area.
The Cowboys are off this week with a much-needed bye and Quinn, like many others, will use this time to rest.
Quinn leads the Cowboys with six sacks, despite missing the first two games due to suspension.
Linebacker Leighton Vander Esch said he’s feeling fine after injuring his neck late in the first half against the Eagles.
Vander Esch did not return to the game but called the injury a “minor stinger” afterward.
