Tedy Bruschi made a great point about Jason Garrett's tendency to get cute and go away from what was working. He must have a lurker account here at DCC.

Everyone except for Jerry Jones knows that dude (Garrett) is fraud who has a habit of outsmarting himself.

Looks like Bruschi nailed it.

On that 3rd and 1 that resulted in an INT. All they had to do was try to run or utilize play-action. Instead they got cute with the play calls.

It's definitely on him, I'm saying I don't agree that he should run every time he escapes pressure. I'd still prefer he looks downfield.
