Looks at the Bills' draft room compared to ours. We have the Jones family and some position coaches in a smallish room, whereas they have an army of guys in suits.

1. They dont have Charlotte.

2. They arent excited enough to deserve Ed Oliver.

I mean, obviously we should have far less of a circus atmosphere going on, but.. really? Are the bills really the team we should look up to and emulate?

I honestly thought their setup is dumb. Way too many people there on draft day.

It's really weird. From that angle, it's sprawling and loaded with 1000 folks whose contribution is... what?

Of course they don't have a big white board, Charlotte, or Jerry's grandkids.

I think the ideal draft room is somewhere in between.

Yeah you don't want too many cooks in the kitchen in my opinion. And that many people in the room just invites itself to leaks. Of course I wouldn't make it a family event either. It should be somewhat professional. It's not a damn fantasy draft.
