Let's just say the early returns are not promising.
It’s a skewed analysis. Playing inexperienced QBs with back ups and TC fodder doesn’t necessarily give an accurate example of capability. The established criteria for years has been to allow a back up to learn for a couple of years then let them play in a few games with the starters to get a read on them. Notwithstanding what you think os Wilson the former coach, Moore has not had enough time with the QBs to make a final determination of his coaching capabilities. Nor has it been determined whether Rush has declined or the backups he is playing with are not up to par. That’s my take but I am not ready to give an option one way or another on Moore.
