I thought he came across as a leader pretty well in All or Nothing. Maybe they didn't show everything. Maybe it's harder as a new guy.

I enjoyed what little bit of attitude I saw of him while he was in Dallas, one of the very FEW firey defensive guys we've had in the last couple decades.
With that said, there isn't any room for him here anymore.
