Found guilty of all counts in a trial that was a huge waste of time.

This thing should have been done and over with years ago. The lunatic never denied it and wanted to plead guilty but from what I understand, military law doesn't allow guilty pleas in capital cases.

He didn't even bother trying to defend himself in court. He just wanted it over with yet the idiot judges and prosecution kept dragging their feet and harping on silly stuff such as should he be allowed to have a beard at a military trial.

Yeah, this is a perfect example of gov't waste. Time and money down the drain, when this should have been sewn up inside of a month of it happening for all the reasons you listed.

Another of Obama and his Justice Department's misguided efforts. The workplace violence thing was BS and we have soldiers and others that are suffering because of it. This farce of a trial was just another joke on the country. He should have been dead and buried face down already.
